Przedstawiono wybrane zagadnienia związane z materiałem, kształtowaniem elementów i węzłów, a także realizacją budynków i obiektów inżynierskich o konstrukcji stalowej. Omówione zagadnienia zilustrowano przykładami stosowanych rozwiązań konstrukcyjnych i zrealizowanymi lub realizowanymi obiektami budowlanymi.

Selected problems associated with material issues, with form-shaping of elements and joints as well as with steelwork construction of buildings and civil engineering structures are presented. Described issues are illustrated with solution examples of constructional details and with structures already constructed or being under construction.
