With opening competitive free market with electric energy not well-known stays influence of this factor on research and economic development. According to published Slovak Republics energetistic policies, internal market 5 most important receivers of energy will open already in 2002 year. Till this time producers of energy will not be interested in longlasting financing of scientifically - technical projects. Authors however optimistically believe, that state will be interested in development of progressive technologies, which are sources of energy technologies.
