Effective method of the average enthalpies' difference calculating in the contact-surface heat exchange apparatuses is represented. It is optimal taking into account as complication as well accuracy obtained results. This method gives possibility to calculate average enthalpies' difference in contact-surface heat exchangers both ways due to chart created or analytical equation. By results of theoretical and experimental investigations the table has been composed, which proves high accuracy of calculating results.
