Monitorowanie lokalnego rynku nieruchomości na podstawie ofert prasowych i transakcji notarialnych kupna-sprzedaży dla potrzeb powszechnej taksacji nieruchomości i katastru

W pracy prezentuje się metodykę pozyskiwania i gromadzenia informacji o cenie jednostkowej działki budowlanej z ofert prasowych i transakcji na podstawie akt notarialnych z przeznaczeniem do budowy bazy danych. Badania przeprowadzono w roku 1995 na terenie m. Łodzi.

In this paper is presented the methodics of gaining and collection of informations about the unit price of building lot with help of press offers and transactions on the ground of authenticated deeds with appropriation for building of data base. The research was realized in 1995 on the terrain of Łódź.
