Węzeł hybrydowy - technologiczność wielkogabarytowych konstrukcji spawanych - wprowadzenie

Przedstawiono charakterystykę nowego węzła konstrukcyjnego - węzła hybrydowego. Ten nowy fragment konstrukcji powstaje w wyniku połączenia innowacyjnego elementu konstrukcyjnego - spawanego laserowo panelu sandwich, z elementem konwencjonalnym - płytą stalową. Wdrożenie konstrukcji hybrydowych wymaga rozwiązania licznych problemów, zwłaszcza natury technologicznej. Do najistotniejszych należą deformacje spawalnicze, powstające na etapie prefabrykacji modułowych, wielkogabarytowych elementów konstrukcji. Zidentyfikowano odkształcenia spawalnicze powstałe w wybranym węźle hybrydowym.

The underlying article presents characteristics of a new type of structural node - the hybrid node. This new structure element is created as a result of joining an innovative structural element - laser-welded sandwich panel, with a conventional element - steel plate. Introduction of hybrid structures requires that a number of problems are solved, especially those related to technology. The most important problem in this field are welding distortions arising at the prefabrication stage of modular, large-size elements of structures. The article presents identification of welding distortions formed in chosen hybrid node.
