Budynek ma 13 kondygnacji. Konstrukcja jest żelbetowa monolityczna, składająca się ze słupów, ścian tarczowych i stropów. Opisano rozwiązanie części nadziemnej budynku i sposób jej realizacji.

In the introduced article questions connected with the realization superstructure of the 13storeys TRANSATLANTIC in Gdynia near the Kashubian Square was described. Storeys were designed and realized in the monolithic structure compound of columns, deep walls and floors. Solving the superstructure of the building and the manner of her realization were described.
