Zapewnienie trwałości konstrukcji z betonu – wymagania wg Eurokodu 2

The paper presents the problem of concrete structure durability according to the guidelines included in the Eurocode 2. Corrosion processes of both concrete and steel have been briefly discussed as well as the following terms: classes of exposition and classes of construction. The proper designing of the concrete structures, due to their durability, consist in application of the appropriate concrete cover, application of the right concrete and limiting the width of cracks opening.
