Adaptive Nonlinear Transformation of Data for Feedforward Neural Networks

Adaptive nonlinear transformation of data for a feedforward neural network is discussed as a method of speeding up the training process and giving better fitting to the training set. The nonlinear transformation may decrease underfitting and overfitting of the training set locally, and may better the numerical condition of the trained neural network. The transformation has the property of limited elasticity which enables the neural network to effectively reduce noise in the training data.

W artykule przedstawione jest adaptywne nieliniowe przekształcenie danych uczących dla jednokierunkowej sieci neuronowej jako metoda zwiększenia procesu szybkości procesu uczenia i poprawienia dopasowania się do zbioru uczącego. Takie nieliniowe przekształcenie może zmniejszyć zbyt małe i zbyt duże dopasowanie się do zbioru uczącego lokalnie, i może poprawić uwarunkowanie numeryczne sieci neuronowej.
