System obsługiwania pojazdów szynowych jako element w warstwowym modelu ich systemów bezpieczeństwa

W artykule przedstawiono koncepcję organizacji systemu obslugiwania obiektów pojazdów szynowych (ops), jako elementu w warstwowym modelu systemu bezpieczeństwa tych obiektów. Koncepcja metody polega na zastosowaniu warstwy zabezpieczeń w postaci systemu okresowych obsług profilaktycznych. Analizę systemu bezpieczeństwa przeprowadzono metodą Analizy Warstw Zabezpieczeń (AWZ). Przedstawiono algorytm metody AWZ dla ops. Podano sposób optymalizacji czasu między obsługami elementów ops.

The conception of the serving system organization of the rail vehicles objects (rvo) as the element in the layer model of the safety system of these objects is presented in this article. The conception of this method lies in application the layer of protections in the form of the system of the periodic preventive services. The analysis of the safety system was carried out with the Protections Layers Analysis (PLA) method. The algorithm of the PLA method for the raił vehicles objects is presented. The optimisation way of the time between services of the elements of the rail vehicles objects is given.
