The Analysis Of The Influence Of Physicochemical Parameters Of Insulation Oils And The Speed Of Oil Flow On The Interpretation Of The Measurement Results of Partial Discharges by the Acoustic Emission Method

The paper presents research results of the influence of physicochemical parameters of insulation oils on the analysis of the acoustic emission signals (AE) generated by partial discharges (PDs). Modern interpretation methods of the AE signals in the time-frequency domain have been presented. Transformer oils collected from transformers being in use and new oil were used for the research purposes. Moreover, the analysis of the influence of the speed of the insulation oil flow on the time-frequency analysis of the AE signals generated by PDs was carried out.
