Zmiany wartości masy, gęstości i lepkości ropy Bałtyckiej w wyniku procesu parowania

Results of examination of the influence of the evaporation process on some chosen physical parameters of crude oil extracted from Baltic Sea are given. Variation of mass of the crude oil and of some basic physical magnitudes such as density and viscosity is also presented. The results of measurements show that the largest variation of the examined parameters appear during the first day, mainly in the first six hours from the begining of the experiment. On the subsequent days the values of different parameters are remarkably smaller. The knowledge of the from of the variation is important because fraction which remained after evaportaion can appear in water as volume contaminatin, in diluted form, in form of aggregates, conglomerates, emulsions and sediments.
