He has soft skills and invisible practices, the language of leadership, use of networking and receiving fee-back. In this conception the manager has to create value for the entire organisation. He should create the culture of change and invent the future rather than respond to it. The manager in business process reengi-neering is also obligated to develop influence in the absence of direct authority.
