Wybrane efekty funkcjonowania programu narodowych funduszy inwestycyjnych

In this paper there are presented general problems of mergers and acquisitions of enterprises functioning in the National Investment Funds (NFI). The aims witch NFI had to realize forced them to make acquiring-selling transactions, which were not always successful. NFI acquire also other enterprises to create more constant economic relationships. In the article is pointed out that there is general tendency of transforming NFI into different funds, like investment funds or capital funds.
