Zaopatrzenie w działalności przedsiębiorstw

W referacie zaprezentowano wyniki badań ankietowych dotyczące realizacji zadań zaopatrzenia w działalności przedsiębiorstw. Przedstawiono wykorzystywane źródła informacji o potencjalnych dostawcach, przesłanki wyboru dostawców, liczbę dostawców i relacje z nimi. Uwzględniono częstotliwość i strukturę dostaw, miejsca dokonywania zakupów, transport i powody zakłóceń w dostawach. Zaprezentowano ponadto wyniki dotyczące określenia strategii zakupów, podstawy określenia zapotrzebowania na materiały, czynników wpływających na efektywność procesu zaopatrzenia, występujących problemów oraz wyodrębnienia kosztów zaopatrzenia w działalności przedsiębiorstw.

The paper presents the research results of the questioned concerning the accomplishment of the task of delivery of stock in the activity of enterprises. The following have been presented: the sources of information on the potential deliverers, the premises to choose the deliverers, the number of deliverers and relations among them. The following have been taken into account: the frequency and structure of deliverers, the places of purchase of goods, transport and causes of disturbances in deliveries. What is more, the following have been presented: the results concerning the establishment of the strategy of purchase, the basis for the establishment of the demand for materials, factors that influence the effectiveness of the process of the delivery of stock the arising problems and isolation of delivery costs in the activity of expenses.
