Test stabilografii nadążnej

W pracy zaprezentowano metodykę oraz program nadążnego testu stabilograficznego ze wzrokowym sprzężeniem zwrotnym. Podczas testu pacjent stoi na platformie stabilograficznej obserwując na ekranie monitora poruszający się po okręgu bodziec oraz punkt przyłożenia wypadkowych sił nacisku (COP - Center of Pressure) stóp na platformę. Jego zadaniem jest tak wychylać swoje ciało, aby jego punkt COP podążał za bodźcem tak blisko, jak to tylko możliwe. W pracy opisano także algorytm wyznaczania trajektorii różnicowej na podstawie trajektorii oryginalnej oraz metody jej parametryzacji. Badania wstępne pacjentów z zaburzonym stereotypem postawy wskazują że opracowany test może być użyteczny do oceny stabilności posturalnej.

The paper presents the method and the program of the follow-up posturography test with the visual feedback. During the test the patient stands on the posturographic platform and observes a moving stimulus along with circular path and his Center of Pressure (COP) point at the monitor. His task is to sway the body in such a way that his COP point should follow the stimulus as close as it is possible. The algorithms of the differential trajectory derivation from the original one and its parameterization methods are also described in the paper. Preliminary examinations of the patients with postures disturbed stereotype show that developed test can be useful in postural stability evaluation.
