Wstępny dobór parametrów elektronicznego regulatora pompy wtryskowej silnika o zapłonie samoczynnym

W artylule przedstawiono metodykę dobopru parametrów elektronicznego regulatora pompy wtryskowej silnika o zapłonie samoczynnym. Określono równanie regulacji wykorzystywane do sterowania prędkością obrotową silnika. Przedstawiono wyniki wstępnego doboru stałych regulatora PID wyznaczone metodą Zieglera-Nicholsa i oceniono przydatność tej metody do badań regulatorów silników spalinowych. Przeanalizowano wpływ stałych parametrów wielozakresowego regulatora PID na przebieg prędkości obrotowej silnika SW-680 przy skokowej zmianie sygnału wejściowego, symulującego zmiany położenia pedału przyspieszenia w kabinie kierowcy. Przedstawiono przebieg rozruchu i uruchomienie silnika z regulatorem elektronicznym.

A method is presented for selection of electronic regulator parameters of diesel engine injection pump. The regulation equation is defined which is used for controlling the engine rotation speed. The results are presented of initial selection of the PID regulator constants determined by Ziegler Nichols method and the method usability is evaluated for investigation of combustion engine regulators. The influence is analyzed of the constants of the PID multirange regulator on the course of the SW-680 engine rotation speed at the jumping change of the input signal simulating the changes of position of an accelerator pedal in a driver cabin. The courses of starting and the stopping an engine with electronic regulator are presented.
