Modelowanie elementów indukcyjnych w programie SPICE

Praca dotyczy modelowania cewek indukcyjnych oraz transformatorów w programie SPICE. Opisano modele rozważanych elementów wbudowane w tym programie, a także wybrane modele literaturowe. Zwrócono uwagę na ograniczenia rozważanych w pracy modeli.

This paper deals with the problem of modelling the inductors and transformers in SPICE. The built-in SPICE models and selected literature models of considered devices are described. Some calculation results, obtained by the use of the considered models, are discussed, as well.
