Modelling of Mechatronic Properties of Amorphous Magnetic Materials
Paper presents new idea of extension of J-A-S model which enable more effective modelling of the influence of mechanical stresses on magnetic properties of amorphous alloys. In this extension, the influence of stresses on all seven parameters of J-A-S model is taken into consideration. Presented in the paper mathematical simulations was made on the base of experimental results obtained for Fe₇₈Si₁₃13 B₉ amorphous alloy. In experiment uniform stress were achieved in the ring-shape sample due to special, mechanical system of backings. The Hook-Jevis optimisation method as well as evolutionary strategies were used for calculation of the hysteresis loops. Changes in model parameters are shown as function of compressive stress. Based on model interpretation of changes of mechatronic properties of core of inductive component is also presented and discussed.
