Decyzje, ich rodzaje i etapy podejmowania w świetle literatury

Omówiono wybrane definicje decyzji i procesu decyzyjnego. Przedstawiono teorie decyzji: ogólną, normatywną, psychologiczną i socjologiczną (zwaną też holistyczną). Zaprezentowano rodzaje problemów decyzyjnych oraz etapy rozwiązywania problemu decyzyjnego.

There have been discussed selected definitions of decision and of the decision-making process. Decision theories have been presented: general, normative, psychological and sociological (also called holistic). Kinds of decision-making problems have been presented as well as the stages of solving the problems in the decision-making process.
