Innovative development models of port services

Strategic directions improving of port activity competitiveness are considered. Author's classification of ports is submitted. Five generations in a ports developments are allocated. The innovative policy, determining changes dynamic in the Trans-European Seaports Infrastructure, develops of development strategy variety. It is the objective factor. The concept of the structure's indicator for the port's investment projects is formulated, allowing to analyze the current configurations of inventors. Formalization of changes is carried out to configurations of investors with use of a stochastic method. The choice of this method is detrmined by need of the market uncertainty's account, which in suggested model is formalized as a risk factor for successful realization of the port's innovative projects.

W artykule przedstawiono kierunki strategiczne podwyższenia konkurencyjności portów. Pokazano, że polityka innowacyjna, określająca dynamikę zmian w Trans-Europejskiej Infrastrukturze Portów Morskich składa się z poszczególnych strategii rozwoju firm transportowych i logistycznych. Jest to czynnik obiektywny. Sformułowano pojęcie wskaźnika struktury projektów inwestycyjnych w rozwoju infrastruktur portów, pozwalające analizować konfiguracje bieżące inwestorów. Do formalizacji zmian w tych konfiguracjach zastosowana została metoda stochastyczna. Wybór tej metody uwarunkowany jest potrzebą uwzględnienia niepewności rynkowej, która w prezentowanym modelu formalizuje się jako czynnik ryzyka skutecznej realizacji projektów innowacyjnych skierowanych na rozwój infrastruktur portów.
