Problems of welding in shipbuilding-possibility of application the sintap procedure in assessment of the weldability of materials. Part II. Quatitative analysis of weldability

At first the thermally - mechanical interaction in welding process are characterised. A definition for numerical analysis of weldability is also given. The relation between both intensive and extensive parameters in the welding process are discussed. In further the actual state of correlation between thermal - microstructure - mechanical modules are characterised. lt enable to establish the methodology of the investigation of the weldability of steels with used accounts methods in accordance with established algorithm and SINTAP program.

Na wstępie przedstawiono charakterystykę cieplno-mechanicznego oddziaływania w procesie spawania. Przedstawiono również definicję spawalności. Przedyskutowano także relację pomiędzy parametrami intensywnymi i ekstensywnymi w procesie spawania. W dalszej kolejności określono aktualny stan relacji pomiędzy modułami: cieplnym, mikrostrukturą i mechanicznym. Pozwoliło to ustalić metodykę badań spawalności materiałów, opartą o metodę obliczeniową zgodnie z ustalonym algorytmem oraz programem SINTAP.
