Problems of Welding in Shipbuilding - Thermal Modelling of Laser Welding

A physical model of laser welding process is presented. At the beginning of this paper a short characteristic of correct model ing procedure is shown and the form of heat transport in laser welding is described. For a plate with optional thickness the radiative heat transfer on both surfaces is taken into account. Finally, a few analytical examples with use of C-J -N heat source for thermal model ing of laser welding are demonstrated.

Fizyczny model procesu spawania laserem przedstawiony został w niniejszej pracy. Początkowa część poświęcona została krótkiej charakterystyce poprawnej procedury modelowania procesu spawania laserem oraz formie transportu ciepła. Dla płyt o dowolnej grubości uwzględniono w obliczeniach wymianę ciepła na ich powierzchniach ograniczających. W końcowej części pracy przedstawiono kilka analitycznych przykładów z użyciem źródła ciepła C-J-N do termicznego modelowania procesu spawania laserem.
