In the paper there has been presented genesis of the method of planning and steering the production and of controlling the storehouse states. There has been described the concept of the method and various opportunities to make use of it and its benefits for one of the manufacturing enterprises. Moreover, the document includes results of scientific research concerning the determinants of effective implementation and of working the method of planning and steering the production and of controlling the storehouse states for one of the manufacturing enterprises.
