The optimisation of the spinning process on the basis of computer analysis of intermediate product irregularities

The analysisof mass distribution irregularities of intermediate products of spinning makes it possible to conclude unmistakably as to the correctness of the course of the technological process as well as the technological condition of the machines. In a mass distribution there always can be found a random component and, in most cases, also a periodic component. The choice of raw material, general technical condition of machines and the accuracy of their regulation determine the random part. The periodic component comes from defective work of machine elements, which rotate witha variable speed while taking part in forming the flux, which produces a fibre layer.
