The results of numerical calculations made with the CFX-TASCflow code for the flow through a semi-open impeller at the specific speed ns=0.23 are presented. The experimental and computational results are compared for a friction moment arisen on the shroud within the impeller, as well as for a pressure increment on the impeller. The velocity and pressure distributions in chosen sections obtained from the calculations are also presented.
