Development of laboratory stand for learning of build-it-self-test technology

Fast development and increased popularity of Design for Testability (DfT) techniques caused the DfT concept become the new field of science itself; as much important as design techniques. Therefore strong emphasis should be put on popularity of this concept. Specially, because of complexity of this concept which make it at th same time, a set of separate bit of different science, which can't be developed without strong basis. In this paper I present the simple solution of one of the DfT nowadays trends. Built-in-Self- Test. which should give basic knowledge to this part of DfT concept, for students.
