Artykuł zawiera opis metod obróbki powierzchni cylindrów i tulei cylindrowych silników spalinowych metodą tradycyjnego honowania oraz z wykorzystaniem lasera. Przedstawiono wyniki badań i analiz struktur powierzchni gładzi cylindrów i tulei cylindrowych metodą profilometrii i mikroskopii w układzie 2D i 3D.

This article includes description of methods of combustion engines cylinders and cylinder liners machining by traditional honing method and with laser. Results from tests and structure analysis of cylinders and cylinder liners running surface with profile measurements and microscopy in 2D and 3D has been shown.
