Koncepcje diagnostyki dla potrzeb obsługi i nadzorowania obrabiarek

Wraz ze złożonością obrabiarek rośnie również zapotrzebowanie na systemy wspomagające procesy ich obsługi i nadzorowania. W artykule zaprezentowano wybrane koncepcje strategii diagnozowania prognostycznego struktury mechanicznej obrabiarek. Na przykładzie szlifierki zaproponowano postać testu diagnostycznego dla potrzeb zdalnego serwisu, realizowanego przez producenta obrabiarki. Omówiono też koncepcje systemu wspomagania użytkownika obrabiarki w procesie stawiania diagnozy po jej awaryjnym zatrzymaniu.

Increasing level of machine tools complexity causes increasing demand for systems supporting processes of its maintenance and supervising. There are presented chosen conceptions of prognostic supervising machine tools mechanical structure strategies. With an example of grinding machine there is presented diagnostic test for remote service realised by machine tool producer. There is discussed conception of machine tool user supporting system in process of diagnosis after its failure stop.
