In this paper time was presented as determinant of success of a contemporary enterprise, The authoress paid attention to the conception of competing by time and described different marketing strategies which are determined by mentioned factor. In the next part of this article the main factors influencing on effectiveness of time management were presented: organizational culture, model of communication in an enterprise and character of personnel policy.
