Innowacyjność strategii agile

Rapid changes in enterprise environment call for the same measures on behalf of pro-innovated responses of enterprise both in the areas of processes and products. Fulfillment of this condition requires a suitable innovative polities related to the proper choice of production and supply chain. Two main production strategies, which promote innovativeness in the area of processes and products (Lean Strategy and Agile Strategy), have been discussed in this paper. A condition of the selection of the proper strategy as well as chances of this strategy development in specified supply chain has been presented too.
