Zarządzanie wartością w analizie finansowej przedsiębiorstwa

The paper is devoted to value based management as a new idea of finance enterprise analysis. A few indexes of value based management measuring has been presented. The proposals are based on the idea of market value added and economic value added which were evolved by B. G. Steward in 1990. The indexes of value based management should enrich the fundamental analysis of the enterprises. An application of new indexes has been accomplished to some polish joint stock companies.
