High response aerodynamic measurements were made in a two-stage low-pressure axial-flow turbine to study the unsteadiness and three-dimensional flow. High response velocity vector data using three-wire thermoanemometric probe (CTA) were acquired. Random, periodic, and averaged data were determined downstream the second rotor from the phase-lock averaged velocity data.
