Nowa metoda konstruowania zazębienia trochoidalnego

W pracy przedstawiono nową koncepcję generowania krzywych trochoidalnych, które mogą znaleźć zastosowanie jako zarysy zębów przekładni trochoidalnych. Opisano metodykę wyznaczania krzywych oraz ich ekwidystant. Przedstawiono sposób wyznaczania krzywizny krzywych podstawowych oraz ekwidystant tych krzywych. Podano zakres stosowania wyprowadzonych zależności jak również ograniczenia jakie muszą spełniać wymiary geometryczne przekładni aby zazębienie było prawidłowe.

In the paper a new concept of trochoidal curves generation has been presented. The curves might be found useful as the teeth profiles of trochoid gears. The method of curve tracing and its equidistant has been described. The procedure of curve tracing of the base curves (epicycloid and hypocycloid) and their equidistant has been determined. The range of usage of the following has been given as well as limitations as for as geometrical measures of gears in order the meshing is correct.
