In the article the problems of the impact of works connected with digging or strengthening of the subsoil on the environment were presented. The paper analyzes the choice of technologies and the use of materials and equipment in the context of the minimization of costs, including the public and ecological ones. The article addresses the problems of the geoengineering planning of investments taking into consideration as many aspects of contemporary requirements as possible.
