Zintegrowana głowica pomiarowa do badań metodą Barkhausena
W artykule przedstawiono założenia i wybrane zagadnienia dotyczące budowy opracowanej głowicy pomiarowej do badań metodą Barkhausena. Wyposażono ją w dodatkowy układ interfejsu kontrolno-sterującego użytkownika, usprawniający prowadzenie nieniszczących badań diagnostycznych na obiektach oddalonych od głównej jednostki pomiarowej. Część elektroniczną głowicy pomiarowej zbudowano stosując popularne platformy sprzętowe z mikrokontrolerami ATmega. Natomiast obudowę prototypowej głowicy wykonano z zastosowaniem druku 3D.
The article presents the assumptions and selected issues of the construction of the developed measuring head for testing with the Barkhausen method. It is equipped with additional control and measurement system of the user interface, facilitating the conduct of non-destructive diagnostic tests on objects distant from the main measuring unit.. The electronic part was built with the use of popular hardware platforms based on the ATmega microcontrollers. The housing of the prototype head was manufactured using 3D printing.
