Kształtowanie systemu wartości profesjonalistów wojskowych armii czeskiej

Due to the tendency to make the Czech Army as a completely career army, there has been discussed the content of the term „military professional”, the level and quality of his preparation and also about the place he is supposed to take not only in military structures but also in the contemporary society. Apart from obvious elements of his professional training, there have been more often discussions carried out on the need to develop his system of values. The importance of social studies in the present and future military professionals education has been stressed in the article. They should be considered as important as other studies on different stages of professional military preparation. The teachers of humanities ought to complete tasks of comprehensive education in the areas of moral, legal, political, historical, economic, ecological and aesthetic studies.
