Skuteczność redukcji emisji rtęci z procesów spalania osadów ściekowych w złożu fluidalnym

W artykule przedstawiono uzasadnienie podjęcia tematu, problematykę transformacji i transportu rtęci w obiegu atmosferycznym, toksyczności rtęci, a także w oparciu o przegląd stosowanych w kraju technologii spalania osadów ściekowych w złożu fluidalnym, mechanizm emisji rtęci z procesów spalania i skuteczność wybranych metod jej redukcji. Określono też zmienność stężenia rtęci w osadach ściekowych województwa śląskiego.

The article contains the justification for tackling the matter, the problems of Mercury transformation and transport in atmospheric circulation, Mercury toxicity as well as, based on the review of the applied sewage sludge combustion technologies in fluidized beds, the mechanism of Mercury emission from combustion and the effectiveness of the selected method of its reduction. Additionally, the variability of Mercury concentration in wastewater sludge in Silesia has been specified and the improvement of low Hg effectiveness thanks to the applications of the wet method instead of the dry method has been proposed.
