Diagnostyka prefabrykowanego, żelbetowego pawilonu handlowego w aspekcie jego modernizacji

W artykule omówiono podstawowe zagadnienia związane z procesem diagnostyki stanu technicznego prefabrykowanego, żelbetowego budynku pawilonu handlowego, wzniesionego w latach 70. XX wieku. Na przykładzie wybranego obiektu, którego konstrukcja jest wynikiem adaptacji rozwiązań systemowych do wymagań funkcji handlowej, przedstawiono typowe uszkodzenia i ich ewentualny wpływ na bezpieczeństwo konstrukcji. Przeanalizowano także możliwości i koszty modernizacji, polegającej na dostosowaniu budynku do przewidywanych nowych wymagań funkcjonalnych.

The article discusses the basic issues related to the process of assessment of technical condition of reinforced concrete prefabricated commercial pavilion, built in the 70s of the twentieth century. Basing on the selected building, the structure of which is the result of adaptation of building system solutions to the requirements of the commercial function, there are analyzed typical damages and their possible impact on the structure safety. Possibility of rebuilding, cost of modernization and adaptation to the current functional requirements were also discussed.
