Uwarunkowania rynku włoskiego w zakresie implementacji SZJ norm ISO 9000

Analyzing the number of certificates of quality management systems in various countries in Europe and in the world it is surprising that Italy has a high position in the ranking. Even more interesting results are obtained by analyzing the number of certificates in different countries in relation to one million inhabitants, it turns out that, in such a classification, Italy is in the first place in the world. Additionally, in contrast to most countries, in Italy certification of quality management systems is based mainly on the certification of small and medium-sized organizations rather than Large enterprises. These facts show that Italy is a country, from the perspective of the implementation of quality management systems, very interesting and worth knowing. The purpose of this publication is to analyze the Italian certification market and attempt to explore the reasons for such a large number of certificates issued in that country.
