Prognoza trwałości suwnicy bramowej

Analizowana suwnica bramowa o nominalnym udźwigu czerpaka Q = 12 t jest eksploatowana na składowisku węgla od 1964 r. Ze względu na wieloletni okres eksploatacji suwnicy w trudnych warunkach atmosferycznych oraz zaawansowaną korozję rozpór podporowych, udźwig czerpaka ograniczono w 1992 r. do Q = 5 t. Przedstawiono wyniki kompleksowej ekspertyzy, której celem było opracowanie prognozy trwałości omawianej suwnicy bramowej do 2025 r.

The gantry crane under analysis, with nominal lifting capacity of the bucket Q =12 Mg, has been operated in the coal storage yard since 1964. Due to the long period of the gantry crane operation in harsh weather conditions and the advanced corrosion of the supporting struts, the lifting capacity of the bucket was reduced in 1992 to Q = 5 Mg. In view of the unprofitable results of laboratory tests, the gantry crane user ordered the elaboration of comprehensive expert opinion in order to develop a prognosis of the durability of the gantry crane in question till the year 2025.
