Resursosberegauscaa rekonstrukcia territorij stroitel’stva i ispol’zovanie izbytocnych gruntov pri stroitel’stve

The article focuses on the resource-saving reconstruction of construction sites and use of excess soils in construction. The problem of soil excess appearing during building works is presented. Functioning of the complex system of building soil mass evidence realized in Moscow is presented. The system enables planning its re-use for the land reclamation on the urban areas including ecological evaluation of the town area conditions.
