Das Wirkliche Verzahnungsgebiet eines Schneckengetriebes

In der Arbeit hat die Methode des Vorgehen fiir der Bestimmung das real Eingriffsgebiet in der Schneckengetriebe, das Definieren ein Minimum der Breite der Schneckenrad und ein Minimum der Lange der Zähneschnecke dargestellt. Die altere empirischen Formeln anfuhren, die bestimmen die Breite der Schneckenrad und die Lange der Zähneschnecke auch. Der Algorithmus wurde vorgestellt und die Formeln fiir der Schneckengetriebe um der Archimedes Zahnprofil abgeleiten. Es wurde das mathematische Programm in TurboPascalsprache auch vorgestellt. Das Programm berechnet die grenze Kunve a, b, c das real Eingriffsgebiet.

Presentation of a method for precise determination of the contact area of worm gear being designed, there by a minimum width of the wormheel and a minimum lenght of the toothed part of a co-operation worm. The given empirical formula es for the lenght of the worm and the width of the wormheel rim are followed by a discussion of an algorithm for determination of the above-mentioned parameters, basedon a worm gear of Archimedean profile as an example. There are also given source programs in Turbo Pascal language permitting to determine the co-ordinates of the three curves a, b, c, bounding the contact area.
