Monitoring and assessment of the effectiveness of implementation of all phases of the project require managers to adopt a comprehensive approach. One of the methods ensuring a comprehensive view on planning, actual implementation, and assessment of the degree of implementation of particular goals of the project is the Logical Framework Approach. The application of the method, through a selection of indicators reflecting the degree of implementation, ensure current assessment of the project. Collecting information about the degree of implementation of goals at particular levels enable project managers an early commencement of corrective actions.
