Diagnostyka obrabiarek

W artykule omówiono w sposób ogólny podstawowe metody diagnozowania obrabiarek głównie dedykowanych do obróbki metali. Przedstawiono przykładowe komercyjne systemy diagnostyczne dedykowane do diagnostyki obrabiarek metodami off-line, jak i on-line. Wskazano podstawowe przyczyny powstawania uszkodzeń oraz wymieniono podstawowe relacje diagnostyczne między najczęściej występującymi uszkodzeniami i ich symptomami. Wskazano również metody pomiarowe pozwalające wykrywać i identyfikować uszkodzenia obrabiarek.

The article discusses in general the basic method of diagnosing machine tools, mostly dedicated to metalworking. Examples of commercial diagnostic systems for the diagnosing of machine tools which use off-line and on-line methods have been presented in the article. The fundamental root causes of machine tools faults and the basic diagnostic relations between the most commonly occurring faults and their symptoms have been pointed out. Moreover, the measurement methods to detect and identify machine tool faults have been indicated.
