Analiza SWOT narzędzi do wyznaczania tras na przykładzie drogowego transportu chłodniczego w województwie zachodniopomorskim

W artykule przedstawiona została problematyka wyznaczania tras w drogowym transporcie chłodniczym w województwie zachodniopomorskim. Wstęp zawiera charakterystykę oraz opracowanie statystyczne ilustrujące tendencję rozwojową transportu chłodniczego. Przeanalizowane zostały metody oraz algorytmy, które mogą być zastosowane w celu zbadania poruszonej tematyki. Następnie, przy pomocy analizy SWOT dokonany został wybór metod i algorytmów efektywnych w rozwiązywaniu problemu wyznaczania tras. Opisane zostały ewentualne korzyści z praktycznego zastosowania rezultatów badań w przewozach ładunków szybko psujących się.

This paper presents the issue of a vehicle routing problem in refrigerated transport in West Pomeranian region. The introduction deals with the characteristics and the statistical study illustrating the refrigerated transport development tendency. The methods and algorithms, which can be used to investigate the problem, are also discussed herein. Next, it presents the choice of methods and algorithms, which are effective in solving the routing problem, made by using SWOT analysis. It also describes the potential benefits of the practical use of the results of the perishable goods transport studies.
