Praca dotyczy problemu uwzględnienia ochrony środowiska przed drganiami od transportu szynowego w procesie przygotowania i projektowania inwestycji dla tego transportu. Na przykładzie budowy metra w Warszawie wskazano wytyczne i normy dotyczące oceny wpływu drgań na budynki i na ludzi w budynkach. Przedstawiono procedury ochrony przed drganiami w przypadku inwestycji transportu szynowego. Omówiono sposoby wykonywania analiz wpływu drgań na konstrukcje budynków i ludzi w nich przebywających oraz procedurę projektowania wibroizolacji w nawierzchni szynowej.

The work addresses the problem of taking into account environmental protecting against vibration caused by rail transport in the preparation and design of rail transport infrastructure. For example of the construction of the subway in Warsaw indicated guidelines and standards for assessing the impact of vibration on buildings and people in buildings. Provides procedures for protection against vibrations in the case of construction of the rail transport. Ways to perform analyzes of the impact of vibration on structures of buildings and people staying in them are discussed. Also the design procedure of vibroisolation in the structure of the rail track are presented.
