Analiza wariantów systemu logistycznego zaopatrzenia w przedsiębiorstwie budowlanym
W artykule przedstawiono metodę analizy wpływu struktury systemu logistycznego na koszt gospodarki zapasami wyrobów budowlanych w przedsiębiorstwie realizującym roboty jednocześnie na kilku placach budów. Proponowane podejście zastosowano do analizy i oceny dwóch wariantów systemu logistycznego zaopatrzenia. Proponowana metoda umożliwia określenie i porównanie kosztów gospodarki zapasami w przypadku obu wariantów. Opracowano modele matematyczne odwzorowujące funkcjonowanie tych systemów i pozwalające, przez ich rozwiązanie, na określenie minimalnych kosztów logistycznych przy optymalnym planie dostaw (wielkości dostaw w kolejnych okresach realizacji przedsięwzięć). Stanowi to podstawę wyboru optymalnego wariantu budowy systemu logistycznego zaopatrzenia. Sposób praktycznego wykorzystania proponowanej metody przedstawiono na przykładzie.
The paper proposes a methodology for analysis of the effect of the logistics system structure at the inventory management costs of construction products in the company working on a few sites in parallel. The proposed approach is applied to the analysis and evaluation of the two variants of the structure of the logistics system of supply. The proposed methodology allows to determine and compare the cost of inventory management in both variants. Developed mathematical models imitating the operation of these systems and allow, through their solution, determining the minimum cost of logistics at optimum arrangements for the supply plan (the volume of deliveries in subsequent periods in the execution of projects). This is the base to select the optimal variant of the logistics system of supply. A method of practical use of the proposed methodologies is shown in the example.
