W artykule omówiono elementy łańcucha logistycznego wydobycia ropy naftowej. Dokonano analizy potrzeby zastosowania specjalistycznych statków wsparcia jednostki wydobywczej, w celu podniesienia bezpieczeństwa eksploatacji tej jednostki. W podsumowaniu uzasadniono konieczność dalszego rozwoju specjalistycznych jednostek wsparcia oraz szkolenia ich załóg, w celu podniesienia bezpieczeństwa załóg oraz ochrony środowiska morskiego.
Elements of the logistic chain of the oil production were discussed in the article. There are made analysis of the need of applying specialist ships of supporting the driling unit, in the destination of raising the operational safety of this unit. In the summary a need of the subsequent development of specialist units to support and to train their crews was justified, in the destination of raising the safety of crews and the protection of the marine environment.
