W artykule przedstawiono genezę powstania systemu monitoringu parametrów cieplnych gazu ziemnego, transportowanego krajowym systemem dystrybucyjnym. Opisano założenia prowadzenia monitoringu, ze szczególnym wskazaniem na losowość pobranych próbek we wszystkich Spółkach Gazownictwa, będących operatorami systemu dystrybucji gazu ziemnego. Omówiono schemat prowadzenia monitoringu, od etapu dokonania losowania punktów poboru próbek przez akredytowane laboratorium, aż po przekazanie wyników do PGNiG S.A., które publikuje otrzymane wyniki na swojej stronie internetowej.

The article presents the origins of the creation of a monitoring system of the thermal parameters of natural gas transported in the national distribution system. It describes the assumptions of monitoring, with a focus on random samples taken in all Gas Companies, operators of natural gas distribution system. The article discusses all steps of monitoring, from taking random sampling points by an accredited laboratory, to transmiting the results to the PGNiG SA, which publishes the results on its website.
