Wynikające z audytu podejście do termomodernizacji nie uwzględnia całości procesów mających miejsce w budynku, a rozpatruje jedynie poszczególne jego elementy, w tym instalacje.

The authors present one of the problems emerging after the modernization of buildings constructed with industrial methods. The approach resulting from the audit does not take into consideration processes taking place in a building but consider only particular elements including its installations. As a consequence, further problems are arising for users of the buildings.
